In this article, we are going to learn about what is depression and how to deal with or coping it with the best solution. So, before starting take a deep breath with closed eyes and start reading now. First, we will know about depression and then we will discuss how we can deal with it. So, let’s start.

What causes depressions

The basics of what causes depressions sometimes things happen to us that we don’t know how we’re going selves into or fortunate events that are overcontrolled that drag us down. The truth is that we all have to do what depressions many times in our lives.

But could you imagine if you could learn how to do depression more effectively? How much more you’ll be able to accomplish in your life. Most people get depressed to some event a mistake or lack of something like money no friends. And so we somehow think that we feel really bad will somehow give us what we want so badly. What we don’t realize is that you unconsciously make us feel bad.

And when you’re dealing with a big problem where you can’t see that and inside negative pressure, it compounds every day.

Make You live in a nightmare. In this modern world with everything happening for a long time have lost our sense of patience or we’re not willing to do what you have to change the circumstances because we believe they’re impossible to change or do require too much energy to change.

The point I’m trying to impress upon you is that most of the times when you’re in that state we’re not able to handle the situation and we will fail in some way to some mistakes caused by not having enough experience or not realizing that we’re just going through a life that causes the depression worse.

What could have happened if you acted differently in some situations rather than learn from experience and move on? You see the world is similar to a video game. You can jump at much higher level quests. What does your character is not strong enough?

You see there were some examples of stressful events that could have been avoided or at least mitigate it. If you only sat down and told about the big picture not just the day to day hurdles of life if you only thought about the signals that are coming from yourself and your environment.

So finally after a big stressful event, you realize that you’ve done something wrong or haven’t prepared and you feel terribly bad. Because you thought it could mitigate or avoid the problem. But worrying about the past is meaningless.

It’s a complete waste of your time and wish it had happened differently. Why not change the circumstances in any way regardless of the facts to stress over it. Depressing and burning yourself for a long time without moving on.

But when you took those actions you didn’t believe the bad. But in fact, I bet you thought that they were the best possible decisions you could make at that moment. And that was probably true but you no longer live in yesterday and those events are long gone.

As a result, you left with the opportunity to learn from them. And if you do the next time do not make the same mistakes again and this is what the majority of the process is actually about.

That’s not to say that you have to suffer to enjoy your happiness but rather that you get used to our baseline of emotions what you have as a person to feel more amazing moments. You must step up your game and face harsh changes and those harder chances if you’re successful it will bring much bigger gifts. But don’t think that money has anything to do with happiness as you get absolutely nothing and still.

What I’m trying to show you is that the more capable you become the more you’ll be able to achieve. You’ll not make as many mistakes and as a result, you win more of them and by doing that you feel happier and more fulfilled as you’ll be able to progress faster in life.

Once you understand the reason why you got yourself into those situations, you can grow as a person because at that moment you thought you were making the best possible decision. But if you ignore it then that might turn into a depression.

If you see a really beautiful girl at the bus stop go in the same direction as you, but because you’re not used to talking to strangers you don’t approach her or you make some horrible mistakes and after the fact, you feel depressed that you didn’t act on the opportunity.
