Nobody likes to be pressured. Whenever somebody feels pressure we feel uncomfortable because usually the type of pressure that is given us, this headache is negatively pressuring us.
And in this article, we’re going to talk about how you can pressure yourself in an effective way that can help you save time and manage your time properly and be more productive.
Now I’m pretty sure a lot of you heard about people who say, they work better under pressure and when they say they work harder under pressure they’re not talking about one they are doing something that they usually don’t like, right.
Because even if they’re pressured and they feel uncomfortable with it because they don’t like what they’re doing.
So what do I mean by pressure yourself effectively? I mean motivate yourself. Most people wait for someone to motivate them into pursuing their goals.
However, most people get stuck waiting forever because everyone else is busy pursuing their own goals. When you have a certain task that you need to do and you feel like the motivation is dead and you just don’t want to do it, just remember that you know you can’t wait for someone to motivate you and do it.
You need to motivate yourself because most of the time you’re not going to find somebody around you to just motivate you to do it. And when you get to a point where you don’t feel like doing something that means that your willpower is getting drained.
We talked about this before your willpower is a limited resource and you get to a point where that’s it like you will feel like doing something anymore. But scientifically speaking when you motivate yourself when you think about goals and your dreams or whatever goal you want to achieve and you have this emotional burst inside of you. This little spark of motivation it actually charged up your willpower a bit. Sometimes it even charged that a lot.
That’s why you see some people for example at one point they think about something and before you know they’re different, they’re working very very hard not for a short period.
See the more motivated you are the more willpower you’ll have and the more willpower you’ll have the more efficiently you’ll be able to manage your time. Right? Yes, right.
Only a small percentage of people roughly 2 percent of people work on their own. And those people are at the top of the top in our society and they are the thinkers the doer’s people who don’t wait for others to tell them what to do, they do it themselves right. And they pressure themselves, So just like them, you need to pressure yourself effectively crushing yourself. Pressuring yourself to do the things that you should do without waiting for someone else. Never wait for someone else to set the bar for you, set the bar for yourself and focus on what matters to you and your goals.
When I say pressure, I mean pressure this voice in your head that is saying ‘no, I don’t want to do this’ or ‘no I don’t feel like doing this’ or ‘no, I would prefer to be doing that’. Right? Yes, I’m.
You need to pressure this voice into thinking about why you started into thinking about your goals, your dreams whatever you want to buy or whatever you want to achieve. And once you do that you pressure these voices inside your head telling you to just you know to stop working or whatever go procrastinate and watch something else. Don’t spend time with this person because you need to go back to work.
And before you know it there’s this burst of motivation inside of you your willpower goes back up and well, you don’t even need to pressure yourself.

You don’t need somebody pressuring you into doing something because once you have your willpower back and sustain you’ll be able to finish the task that you have in your hands very easily without procrastinating or having concentration problems and all of that.
Now I know that motivation is a very big topic and I can just say motivate yourself. But just thinking about your goals and your dreams that what you want to achieve. Sometimes it’s become a good motivation. You are making an entire focus on the science behind motivation.
But the good thing is you don’t need a whole lot of motivation to be able to pressure yourself effectively because just with a little bit of motivation if you just go along and finish the first task, that you have any record that can be broken by you if you choose to do so. The feeling of accomplishment after doing what others want isn’t is a motivation that you can use to keep pushing yourself even more.
Scientifically speaking when you have a certain task and you’ve finished this task you might. There might be an end goal behind it or might be one of the goals that will lead you to a certain end goal that you have. But every single time you finish a task you achieve something. There’s going to be a dopamine rush in your brain. And guess what, your brain and your body they love it.
So just like when you procrastinate on something that’s going to make you bored for you to do something that would make you happier. But this particular thing is not more useful. On the contrary, it is not actually good for you.
You need to be focusing on what matters most for you to be able to attain your goals right. So there is this dopamine burst in your brain. Once you procrastinate but there is even a bigger burst of dopamine and a release of dopamine in your brain. When you have a feeling of achievement and when you finish something and you know that you did it on point. And now you’re done, you’re ready to move to the next task, you’ll feel more confident and you’ll be able to tackle whatever you have next effectively efficiently and you’ll do it with less time. Because you won’t waste your time doing whatever you have, whatever you avoided doing at first.
And the more you achieve, the more achievements and you have the happier you will feel the more company you will get. And then it will just become a habit because your brain loves it right.
Your brain loves this dopamine rush so eventually, you will become a habit it will become something that your brain likes and it will work towards that automatically and naturally so you will get to a point where the feeling of success for you. It is just natural and you prefer that over procrastinating or over just whatever abandoning your schedule and doing something else right.
And what that does is it will help you manage your time and become more productive. So think about it. It’s delayed. Satisfaction. Always think of your day as the last day of getting the work done.
So instead of focusing on everything. Focus on the most important tasks and get them done each and every day. So when you put that much motivation into each and every task that you have and when you get that sense of achievement every single time you finish a task or you achieve something you will form this habit of pressuring yourself effectively and in a positive way to get the important things done. And this will form a leader’s personality.

And what do leaders have in common? They are winners. They are the top they lead.
And as soon as you do that as soon as you find this certain thing that motivates you whenever you feel down and that can give your willpower this boost. When you’ll be able to focus properly when you’ll be able to start growing at an exponential rate and that’s what’s going to lead you to become a leader.
Just to make one thing clear when I say you’ll become a leader. I’m not just seeing you become a leader over other people you might not want to lead other people but most importantly you’ll become your own personal leader. So whenever you have something to do or whenever you want something you would go straight at it.
While you won’t even be distracted you won’t waste any time because you know what you want to do. You know how to lead your mind towards it. And then you’ll feel that it’s so natural and so easy and you love the process.
