How To improve and Get a Better Sleep Easily

Today we’re going to talk about how we can improve our sleep and get a better sleep easily. It affects a lot of people, Quality of sleep. Now I know this affects a lot of people. It used to affect me too. I would have either too much on my mind or I would be super stressed or something like that that I can’t sleep and that it affects your whole day.

It affects how you learn it affects tons of things your brain needs to file things away when you sleep. So what we’re going to do is, we’re going to guarantee that we have better sleep by sleeping more. You know what do I mean by this.

We’re going to incorporate a short nap in for a day and this will affect our sleep at night. The better our nap during the day the better sleeps at night. And then there are the better life is because we’re sleeping better we’re more relaxed we have more energy during the day and more clarity.

So I know most of your thinking. I hate naps. Now, this is usually because of two things.

One, you sleep too long. So you intend to sleep for half an hour and you end up sleeping for two hours killing your whole night. And then you’re not tired so you can’t go to sleep afterward.

The other problem is, you end up waking up way more tired than when you first went to sleep for the nap. And this is because you don’t get into a deep enough state. So you’re approaching that. The alarm goes off and you wake up even more tired.

So what we’re going to do is we’re going to guarantee that you get into a deep state called the Delta State.

Now what we’re going to use for this is called binaural beats.

Now I’ve been touring for a long time and I’ve gotten every single person that I’ve toured with on this. And when they listen to it they enter a sleep state and they have a refreshing nap and only 20 minutes. So I’m going to include the links to the MP3s in this article and you guys are going to get free. And this thing is amazing.

You’re going to listen with headphones on your earbuds and it works this way.

You have on your left ear you’re going to hear two. And on the radio, you’re going to hear two just a little bit higher and it kind of your brain will separate the difference it kind of goes like what one is warbling the kind of massages your brain down into a deeper state.

Now you’re not going to be listening to just these tones. This is hidden behind a kind of like some music. And there’s also a voice that’s kind of guiding you down. It is amazing. I highly recommend it.

And if you guys hate headphones or earbuds then I highly highly recommend SleepPhones. These are something I’ve had these for about six years and every single time I want to take a nap I will search for these because the earbuds will kind of hurt your ear a little bit but these are awesome like a sleep mask with headphones built-in.
